Phone System Upgrade
Providing the best customer service in the industry is core to our business, and we constantly strive to further enhance our performance. As part of our ongoing service developments, we will be upgrading our phone system on Wednesday 18th December 2019.
This new system will provide a quicker and more efficient service for our customers. One key feature of the new phone system, is that when you get in touch with us, your call will automatically integrate with our CRM (customer relationship management) system - meaning that we can gain quicker access to your account details, and can handle your enquiries even more efficiently than ever before!
